The Book

The Immortal Player

Why Science Proves You Are an Eternal Player, Not a Temporary Avatar.

The Story

I didn't want to write this book

I was trained to dismiss everything in it.

I spent years as a cancer researcher at Oxford. My world was data, controls, and peer review. Souls and afterlives belonged to other people — kind people, perhaps, but not careful ones.

Then I started pulling on a thread in quantum physics. The thread did not stop at physics. It ran through cosmology, biology, the placebo effect, near-death experiences, and a hundred years of evidence most scientists have never read.

I know how this sounds. If I hadn't checked the data myself, I wouldn't believe it either. So I built the most unbiased test I could design — a blinded panel of frontier AI systems, calibrated like a lab instrument — and let it judge nine models of reality without me in the room.

The model that won says this: reality is a virtual reality occurring within consciousness. Your body is the Avatar. You are the Player — and the Player does not die.

What You Get

A book in three promises

This is not a religious book. It is not a New Age book. It is an evidence book — written for the people in the middle: too rigorous for blind faith, too honest to ignore the data.

You are not a biological accident. The book shows you the receipts.
